We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please email, call us  or contact us via our social media platforms within 5 days of receipt with the reason for return and a supporting picture. Please also include images of the packaging. We’ll be in touch soonest to assist with a collection so we can conduct our returns inspection. Although there are occasionally exceptions, we usually don't hold replacement stock, so you should be prepared for a refund-only option.

If you don't like the product or you have changed your mind

You can return any unwanted product to us within 5 days of receipt of the order, provided it is

• in its original new condition, suitable for re-selling
• in the original packaging (with any original labels attached, where applicable)
• not missing any accessories or parts

Upon completion of our returns inspection, a product refund will be issued.

Note: these product returns are done at the expense of the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that these items are returned to HairHighness within 10 days of the initial query.
